Hi, its not maggots you want for sea fishing and rather than purchasing bait i have frequently found that pieces of raw sardines cheap in supermarkets or pieces or chicken giblets attract the fish better than lots of the stuff from any bait shops. I noticed this last year quite some shops near the beaches as well as the chinese shops selling telescopic fishing rods of different sizes with weights etc. Do be aware although you’re supposed to have a fishing permit, not that i ever have but i tend to fish away from where the local police drive by, , , .
