I enjoyed the meal, however the flavors were just not as worked on as the last holders and chef of Seagrass. I really want to like this restaurant because I have been there so many times. That’s a pretty adventurous trip. I just returned from a trip to Utah and if you choose to not do the great canyon, zion or Bryce canyon caused by weather limitations I could propose to check out the wave Arizona 6 mile hike and White Pocket. They aren’t far from zion. The wave is a permit only hike that’s by a lottery system and hard to get, however since you’re going mid winter your chances are better. White pocket is via a hard 4WD road, so we took a day tour out of Kanab, Utah to go see this place google image them .
