I went on a Saturday in January at about 2pm and was surprised how calm it was considering how nice the weather was. I took my car and parked in their car park, it was $10 to park which was high considering what you get when you get past the gates. There are lots of picnic tables and shaded regions, lots of barbecues and public toilets right beside the car park, so it could be a nice place to come for a picnic with the family. There’s also quite lots of open grass area with a couple of baseball fields too nothing cool but! . I imagine it gets busy at peak times/seasons which most likely wouldn t be as fun!
