In spite of being a big Wario Ware fan, like many others I firstly put this game off due to reviews.  I got it recently through Club Nintendo and have been super impressed.  There are a couple of dud minigames, however in general the use of the gamepad is great.  Games like Shutter and Taxi are really lots of fun, also as groundbreaking.  The art, music, and humor from Wario Ware is still intact.  Best of all are the rewards you get from using tokens won from playing minigames.  there’s an broad collection screen with some totally funny/smart unlockables.  most likely the most underrated game I have played in a while.
