I called this place around Christmas time looking for a particular product. After talking to some number of merchants who also didn’t have what I was looking for, I got the pleasure of speaking with Bob. He told me they didn't have it, however directed me to two other stores that may carry it. I was so completely impressed by his tone and still helping me after not being able to "make money off of me". Buyer service is a lost art, and Bob cheered me up and wished me happy holidays.
