My friends and I have been fishing around Alaska once a year for some number of summers now, and so far these guys have been the best! We went out with them 3 times, and every time they made sure everyone on the ship got their bound of salmon and halibut. Granted not all were monster fish, however everyone restricted out still and had a great time doing it! The Captains were -very- knowlegable/friendly, as were the deckhands.
