This is fishing lake. This area has many developments on the west side of the lake as well as toilets, picnic regions, many fishing piers, some number of fish feeders, boatramp and floating dock. Shoreline access on the west side of the lake is good. The east side of the lake isn’t worked on. This lake supports a good channel catfish and largemouth/spotted bass populations. Her name is Hazel Elizabeth Harris born 9 November 1900 in Elsmore, Allen County, Kansas. In the 1905 Kansas State census and the 1910 federal census the Harris family are living in the same place – just outside the town of Elsmore.
