We have a man on the hauler gaffing the fish as they come up, releasing the sharks and taking the buoys and weights off the line. Another man will procedure the fish as we go, and the other two will be behind the hauler replacing hooks and fixing the equipment as the line comes back in. They ll be extra hands on the processing too if we get a good run of fish, and they ll help winching the baskets of catch into the cold room.
