Striper boils stated last week were visited by more happy anglers this week.   Stripers didn’t disappoint if the correct rules were followed.   Stripers feed on their own schedule when in these bonus days of high shad numbers. The prime feeding time over the length of the lake was the last two hours of daylight.   big feeding events were portrayed by lucky anglers as covering 20 surface acres, continuing for hours, full of big fish, and totally satisfying .   Those that fished the big evening boils caught more big stripers than thought possible.   The best places were Trachyte Canyon and Cha Canyon in the evening. From the back of the ship, Daniel Lanier brought in a three-fish bound totaling 11 lbs. And 9 oz. To top the list of co-anglers competing in today s event. Daniel was followed closely by Craig Cullen who brought 11 lbs. And 4 oz. To the scales. Close behind Cullen was Steven Jarrett with 11 lbs. And 2 oz. Larry Mullikin came in with the 4th biggest bound of the day at 9 lbs. And 8 oz. Tied for 5th was Scott Hughes and Adam Sumner both bringing 8 lbs. And 13 oz. To the Toho Marina.
