Abu Garcia Kalex 60 Overhead Fishing Reel

I have been an avid Abu user for all my 15 years that I have been fishing, and with every reel buy I became more and more confident in the product. My go to salmon reels were generally the 5600 and 6600 C4, however when times got tough and a new reel was need I turned to the Kalex. Lots of people warned me that the quality and performance was going to be nowhere that of the C4’s in my past, but I beg to differ. Right out of the box I could tell I could don t have problems, and 2 years afterward with many amounts of salmon caught it still feels like a new reel.
